The Performance Contract is the activity that most justifies the
existence of Energy Service Companies. This type of activity
can be defined as providing "key in hand", in:

•Energy audit services;
•Project of the solution that will be implemented;
•Installation of equipment;
•Energy management system subject to intervention by the ESCO;
•Support for the operation of the equipment in order to optimize its operation;
•Maintenance of equipment;

The WTE will, therefore, perform contracts for energy services based
on energy performance to reduce the consumption and running costs of
a specific energy service (heat, cold, mechanical propulsion,
comfort environment), carrying out the initial investment needed
to achieve the objectives listed in a previous Energy Rationalization Plan,
paying capital and consulting services through the savings achieved.

With this service, the Whiteenergy.com becomes responsible for
the preparation of the description, specifications and drawings for
the fulfillment of legislation in order to licensing facilities and
buildings as well as the "procurement" of their installation,
in the areas of:

•Central heating;
•Ventilation and smoke removal;
•Air conditioning;
•Heating water and environment treatment of swimming pools;
•Preparation of hot water;
•Steam installations;
•Photovoltaic energy. Monitoring the quality of production of
the panels; assessment of photovoltaic panels (damaged cells),
electrical preventive maintenance of solar parks;
•Wind Energy: check the link and flaws and gaps in the structure
of the blade; predictive electrical maintenance of the mill,
as well as its substations;
